Per Jacob Solli

Founder, President & CEO

Chairman of the Board

Kokoon Global Inc

A Visionary Leader Redefining Healthcare

Per Jacob Solli is the driving force behind Kokoon Global Inc, a transformative enterprise poised to reshape global healthcare and wellness. Born in Norway, he founded Kokoon in 2007, motivated by a deeply personal mission to overhaul a medical system that failed him and his loved ones. With 32 years of entrepreneurial experience, a background as a high-performance soccer coach, and expertise in nutritional sports medicine, Solli has propelled Kokoon into a multi-million-dollar operation. Supported by an exceptional network of physicians, innovators, and industry leaders, he is crafting a future where healthcare prioritizes dignity and results over profit.

Origins Tempered by Adversity

Solli’s resolve was forged through hardship. In 2000, a brutal assault—inflicted with an iron bar—left him severely injured, requiring multiple surgeries, the most recent in 2022, and battling a persistent bacterial infection. When conventional medicine offered only temporary relief, he drew on his expertise and connections, cultivated through years of coaching Europe’s elite athletes and collaborating with leading academics. Through disciplined effort—training six days a week—he restored himself to peak condition. In 2006-2007, he defied medical prognoses again, extending his mother’s life by over 15 years with innovative care. These experiences as a survivor and a son ignited Kokoon’s mission: to deliver solutions that empower and heal.

A Legacy for Family and Beyond

A divorced father of two—his daughter, 32, and son, 30—Solli considers them his greatest achievements. Kokoon is his legacy to them: a stable, forward-thinking enterprise built by a man who thrives in independence, traveling tirelessly to secure their future and that of generations to come. His personal commitment underscores every strategic decision.

Leadership Anchored by Expertise

Solli attributes Kokoon’s ascent to a steadfast alliance of 12 core visionaries, part of a broader network of carefully selected experts—some now in their 70s and 80s—who bring decades of mastery to the table. Since 2007, this team has accelerated Kokoon’s growth, leveraging wisdom to avoid pitfalls and seize opportunities. During Spain’s COVID-19 lockdown, with borders closed and uncertainty rampant, Solli launched operations, transforming challenges into momentum. This collective strength, rooted in trust and shared ambition, drives Kokoon’s trajectory.

Strategic Adaptability for Market Leadership

Solli’s agility has been key to Kokoon’s rise. For nearly two decades, he has refined its vision, integrating cutting-edge innovations and responding decisively to counsel from world-class experts. When leading physicians advocate change, he adapts. When industry pioneers call for expansion—more facilities, broader reach—he delivers. Through economic turbulence and geopolitical shifts, Solli has steered Kokoon with precision, positioning it not just to compete, but to set the standard for healthcare’s future.

Partnerships Built on Integrity

Kokoon forges alliances, not just agreements. Solli stands alongside investors, committed to protecting shared interests with transparency and resolve. His team operates with ethical rigor, ensuring every investment yields maximum value. Known for directness, he confronts obstacles head-on, fostering trust through loyalty and candor—a principle that defines Kokoon’s culture and distinguishes it in business.

Resilience Against Opposition

Solli’s journey has faced resistance from entrenched interests. Refusing to yield to political pressure or compromise his principles, he has weathered smear campaigns, online attacks, and two attempted takeovers of Kokoon—all discredited by his family, team, and allies. These challenges have only strengthened his determination, proving Kokoon’s independence and amplifying its stand against a flawed status quo.

A Debt-Free Foundation for Growth

After his 2000 injury exposed him to opportunists, Solli vowed to build invulnerability. Kokoon Global Inc. owns its assets outright, acquired with cash and free from debt or banking constraints. This financial independence ensures resilience in volatile markets, offering shareholders confidence and flexibility. By partnering with investors rather than lenders, Solli maximizes returns, securing a health empire beholden only to its mission.

A Global Footprint Takes Shape

Kokoon’s expansion is accelerating. In May 2025, its flagship clinic in the Canary Islands—featuring 23 surgery rooms—will open, a cornerstone for the Miami Medical Resort, blending luxury living with premier care. Satellite facilities are planned across every U.S. state, while dual stock exchange listings in Norway and the USA signal imminent global reach. With properties secured and cash flow robust, Kokoon’s strategy is in motion, executed with exacting precision.

A Commitment to Shareholders and Humanity

Per Jacob Solli’s vision is bold yet grounded: a global health enterprise that liberates individuals from dependency through genuine solutions. Backed by an unrivaled coalition of legal, medical, and innovative minds, he has spent nearly two decades building a network of trust and excellence. From humble Norwegian roots to the world stage, Solli has crafted Kokoon as a beacon of integrity and ambition—free from corruption, debt, or compromise. For shareholders, this is an opportunity to invest in a revolution that redefines wealth, health, and legacy, delivering returns as enduring as its purpose.
