Two products. One owner. Homes with care inside — and Advanced Wellness Clinics as a separate network.

Kokoon is a London company building a system for living and care. Prime Living is a home with a medical unit in the same building. The Advanced Wellness Clinic is a different product, in a different place: a local door you visit, for screening, checking and help, built around advanced equipment and AI. Destination buildings are for the treatment you travel for.

This website shows what we have and what is coming. The two Advanced Wellness Clinics in Gran Canaria are owned and are opening now. Every other building named here is a planned project. A planned project proceeds when land, planning permission, licences and funding are in place. It is not open, and it is not guaranteed.

What we have

Two Advanced Wellness Clinics in Gran Canaria. Owned by the group. Rebuilt and fitted out. Finished. Opening now. A separate product from Prime Living. Not in the same building. Medicine and wellness under one roof, built around advanced equipment and AI.

Kokoon Global PLC in London. The company that owns the brand, the operating model and the first doors.

More than ten years of design, and a group of local operators already inside the company. The group includes medical people. The larger part comes from wellness and complementary medicine. Most already work in their own field, in their own countries. They are already shareholders. They are the people on the ground who will take responsibility for the local doors.

What is planned

A network of Advanced Wellness Clinics. Three hundred planned locations in thirty-four countries. Screening, checking and help. Built to catch problems earlier, and to support people staying well. Two are opening now. The rest follow as each site and each local operator is ready.

Prime Living Norway. A large residential building. A place to live. Medical care and nursing inside the same walls — a unit downstairs for the night, or care in the apartment. First country in the plan. Five cities: Bodø, Oslo, Bergen, Trondheim and Tromsø. Not an Advanced Wellness Clinic. A different product, in a different place.

Prime Living United States. The same home in a larger market. Built in phases after the Norwegian model is in operation.

Copenhagen hub. A twenty-four-hour clinic intended as the main hub for Scandinavia and Central Europe.

Miami flagship. A destination medical campus in Miami. Design and land work are intended first. Construction follows only when that path exists.

Gran Canaria medical resort. A later destination building on the island: suites and a medical floor. Separate from the two Advanced Wellness Clinics that are opening now.
