Prime Living

Prime Living is not an Advanced Wellness Clinic. It is a place to live. It stands in a different location.

Each building is large. The apartments, the medical unit and the nursing sit inside the same walls. If a resident has a problem in the night, they can go downstairs to the medical unit. If they need looking after where they already sleep, the care can come to the apartment.

That is the point of the product. A person with a medical issue can live here. A person who simply wants a safe home as they get older can live here. They do not have to leave the building to be looked after.

It is not a hotel. It is not a conventional care home. It is housing designed so that care sits beside the life that is already being lived there.

Norway is the first country. The United States is the next market. The product is the same in both places. The scale and the timing are not.

The Advanced Wellness Clinic is the door you visit and leave. Prime Living is the building you live in. Same owner. Same standard. Not the same product. Not the same address.

The planning rule is to sell most of the homes and keep the rest as rental. Construction is intended to be funded by those sales and by memberships, not by pledging the building to a lender as the main source of money. That rule will be applied project by project. It is not a statement that homes have already been sold.

First country in the residential programme.

Prime Living is a large residential building with a medical unit and nursing inside the same walls. A place to live. A resident can go downstairs in the night, or be looked after in their own apartment.

The first-country map is five cities: Bodø, Oslo, Bergen, Trondheim and Tromsø. Sites have been identified. Work on land documents is intended next. First buildings are intended from 2027, subject to planning permission and the sale of homes.

Norway is the clean case: a rich country, a good public system, and still a private demand not to wait. If the model can be built there, with the resident as the senior claim on the building, it can be taken to a larger market.

Prime Living Norway is not an Advanced Wellness Clinic. The clinics are a separate network, in separate locations. When destination treatment is needed, the path is intended to be Copenhagen, Gran Canaria or Miami — the same brand, the same record, the same standard.

This page does not say that buildings are under construction in five cities. It does not say that apartments are for sale today. When a site is secured and a first building can be described in ordinary language — address, planning status, what is for sale — that description will replace this one.

The same home. The larger market. Built in phases.

Prime Living in the United States is the same product as Prime Living in Norway: a large residential building with a medical unit and nursing inside the same walls. A place to live. A resident can go downstairs in the night, or be looked after in their own apartment.

The model is not rewritten for a new country. The scale is. The United States programme is intended as a phased plan from 2027 to 2032. It is meant to follow proof in Norway, not to run ahead of it.

Prime Living United States is not an Advanced Wellness Clinic. The clinics are a separate network. The Miami flagship is the planned destination door. A resident is intended to use the same membership, the same record and the same standard as a resident in Norway or a member walking into Gran Canaria.

This page does not say that land has been purchased across the United States, or that homes are for sale today. Cities will be named when a site, a planning path and a first building exist. Until then the United States is the next market in the plan, not a list of open addresses.
