Timeline

This is the intended order of work. It is not a contract and it is not a guarantee. Dates move when land, licences or planning move.

Now. Open the two owned Advanced Wellness Clinics in Gran Canaria. Receive the first members.

2026. Further Advanced Wellness Clinics, opened with the operators already in the company. Land documents behind the Prime Living sites that have been identified.

2027. First Norwegian Prime Living buildings, subject to planning. Copenhagen hub intended to enter construction. Miami design and land.

2026 to 2029. The clinic network, growing toward three hundred Advanced Wellness Clinics as each site, licence and operator is in place.

2027 to 2032. Prime Living in the United States, in phases, after the Norwegian model is in operation.

After 2028. The Miami civic package only if that package exists. Later country programmes only when the land exists.

When a step is real — a door open, a site secured, a building in the ground — this page will be updated to say so. Until then, treat every line after “Now” as intention.

Later work

Beyond the buildings named above, later work under study has included a sports campus in Crete and a land, energy and living programme in a later country. Those projects have their own timetable and will be described when the land exists. They are not part of what is opening now.
