The company

Kokoon Global PLC is a United Kingdom public limited company, registered in London. Company number 14078845. The registered office is Dept 347a, 126 East Ferry Road, Canary Wharf, London E14 9FP.

The company is led by Chairman Per Jacob Solli and Chief Executive Magnus Häggbom.

What the company owns today is the brand, the operating model, two Advanced Wellness Clinics in Gran Canaria, and the group of people who will run the local doors. Those two clinics are opening now. The rest of the system described on this website is work in development.

The people already in the company

Kokoon was not assembled by drawing a map of three hundred clinics and then looking for staff. It was assembled the other way around. For years we have been bringing into the company the people who will run the Advanced Wellness Clinics: medical people, and a larger group from wellness and complementary medicine, already working in the countries where the local doors are intended to stand.

Those people are already shareholders. They have skin in the game. They will be responsible for the clinics in their own countries. That is how thirty-four countries can be opened with people who already know the ground, rather than with a team sent out after the building is finished.

The same work included looking at locations: where an Advanced Wellness Clinic belongs, and where it does not. The due diligence was on the place and on the person. A door is only as good as the operator who stands in it.

We built this part of Kokoon together. The first public doors are the two Advanced Wellness Clinics on Gran Canaria. From those doors the plan is to add further clinics, Prime Living residences and destination facilities, in that order of proof: first a working clinic, then a home with care inside it, then the larger buildings.

Kokoon purchases equipment independently. The clinic is technical. We specify the job, run a competitive buy, and own the asset. We do not sell manufacturer names as part of the brand, and we do not present a supplier shortlist as a signed partnership.
