Advanced Wellness Clinics, Gran Canaria

Our first two Advanced Wellness Clinics are in Gran Canaria, on the south of the island. The properties are owned by the group. The buildings have been rebuilt and fitted out. They are finished and are opening now.

This is a visit-and-go clinic. It is not Prime Living. It does not stand in a Prime Living building. People come in to be screened, checked and helped, and they go home.

An Advanced Wellness Clinic puts medical people and wellness people in the same building. The larger part of the work is wellness and complementary medicine, sitting beside medical practice. The rooms are built around advanced equipment and AI. It is not a typical doctor’s office. The direction of the work is more automation over time. That is a direction, not a claim that robots already run the room.

The purpose of the clinic is prevention as well as help: find problems earlier, support people in staying well, and use technology for work that a conventional waiting room still does by hand.

Membership begins here. A member uses the Gran Canaria clinics now, and uses further Advanced Wellness Clinics as those clinics open.

These clinics are not the planned medical resort on the island. The resort is a later destination building and is described on its own page. A new clinic is named as open only when it is ready to receive people.

The planned clinic network

The longer plan is a network of Advanced Wellness Clinics: about three hundred locations, each around one thousand square metres, in thirty-four countries, run with local operators who are already in the company.

Two of those doors are the Gran Canaria clinics opening now. Further clinics are intended during 2026. The full network is a multi-year plan, intended through 2029.

Each clinic is a separate product from Prime Living, in a separate location. The work is to screen, to check and to help people where they already live. The aim is earlier detection and healthier years — not a promise that illness will never arrive.

The group who will run these clinics includes medical people. The majority come from wellness and complementary medicine. Most already work in their own field. They are already shareholders. They take responsibility for the door in their own country.

The clinic is technical. Advanced equipment and AI carry more of the routine work. The direction over time is more automation. A city is published as a Kokoon clinic only when the site, the licence and the operator are firm. A number on this page is the size of the plan, not a count of buildings already standing.

Gran Canaria medical resort
Planned.

Separate from the two Advanced Wellness Clinics that are opening now, the plan includes a medical resort on Gran Canaria: three hundred suites and a medical first floor. The clinics are the local doors on the island. The resort is the later destination building.

The resort is intended for people who travel for treatment and recovery, and for a longer stay than a local clinic visit.

It will be described in more detail when the land, the planning path and the construction plan exist. Until then it remains a planned project.

Copenhagen hub
Planned.

Copenhagen is planned as a twenty-four-hour clinic of about three thousand square metres. It is intended as the main hub for Scandinavia and Central Europe: the place a local Advanced Wellness Clinic sends a person when the next step cannot be done at home.

Construction is intended from 2027, subject to site, planning and licence.

Copenhagen is not open. It is not a substitute for the Gran Canaria clinics that are opening now.

Miami flagship
Planned.

Miami is planned as the destination flagship: a medical campus for people who travel for treatment. The intended sequence is design and land first, then construction when that path exists. That work is intended from 2027.A later civic package — an airport-to-beach loop — is contemplated after 2028, and only if that package exists. It is not part of the first Miami building, and it is not under
construction.

Miami is a planned project. It will be shown on this website as a building only when there is land, a planning path and a construction plan to point to.
